About the videos.

 I tried to compromise between quality and size on the videos. Most are in 340 wide pixel format but some will be in 640 wide for those with a high speed connection. If the video has a lot of motion then the quality will be lower. Until we all are on high speed networks and bandwidth becomes cheap that's just the way it will be. 

Most videos shot using Sony MiniDV, captured into computer via FireWire and edited with Pinnacle Systems Studio 7© software.
 A majority of these videos are formatted to work with the Microsoft Windows Media Player©.  Get a copy here.
